April Bowlby was raised in Vallejo California and attended Moorpark College. There she learned French, Marine Biology and Ballet. Modeling was her first love in late adolescence, before she turned to acting. Her first role as a professional in the year 2005 in the role of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation guest-star". From there, she moved towards film and TV which she starred in shows like "CSI New York"and 'Stacked'" "'Freddie'", 'Sands of Oblivion'", 'All Roads Take You home'", 'Out of Jimmy's Head'", 'Kath & Kim'", 'Psych'" as well as 'From Prada til Nada'. She is most widely recognized for her recurring roles on "Two and Two and Half Men" as well as "How I Met Your Mom in addition to her co-starring role as Stacy Barrett on the series, "Drop Dead Diva".
